Tour Package covers hotel stay at 4-star/5-star accommodations with buffet breakfast, tours/tour guide (for golfers – 4 golf game fees), entrance tickets to attractions, dinner cruise, transport by premium coach or High-Speed Rail (HSR) tickets (VTE-LP and LP – VV) and one 60 minutes spa massage session. Dinners are inclusive but lunch at own cost to give individuals chance to try spend some time on their own/shopping.

Some activities are optional (eg trekking up to Mt Phousi to view sunset or sunset Hot Air Ballooning in Vang Vieng at USD130 at your own cost) and subject to weather conditions and safety considerations.

16 or 18 Jan 2024 (Tuesday or Thursday) Depart VTE at 1525hrs to SIN on Scoot TR351. Arrive SIN airport at1920hrs

Golfing (Golf courses may change subject to booking availability)

Luang Prabang Golf Course. This course lies six kilometres to the west of the town centre (10-mins drive) along Mekong River. The hills and valleys overlooking the Great Mekong River provide a magnificent setting for this truly unique golf course, with a highly strategic and challenging 18-Hole, par 72 championship golf course with 7,443 yards layout. There are spectacular views over the picturesque heritage town and the course layout is reminiscent of an established mountain links.

Lao Country Club​(KM 14, Thadeua Road, Nahai Village, Hadsayfong District, Vientiane, Laos). The first golf course to be established in Vientiane, aims to please with its rolling hills, relaxing greens and challenging waterways. Just 18km from Vientiane.

Long Thanh Vientiane Golf Club​(Long Vien Rd, Laos), The Vientiane Golf Course is laid out on basically flat topography. Humanmade mounding, water features, intricate sharp-lipped bunker complexes provide the main challenges. Mature trees, flowering plants, and red-grass water areas from most of the holes. The all Paspalum grassed course ensures good playing conditions year round. At 7,538 yards from back tees, Long Vien plays a very long par-72. It has night golfing.

SEA Games Golf Club​, Vientiane (est. 35 minutes from Hotel/Vientiane city centre). (SEA Games Golf Club, KM18, Xaythany district, 00106, Laos) This 27-hole par 72 course was originally built for the 25th Southeast Asian Games competition in Laos then open for the public after re-organizing the facilities. Surrounded by natural forests, SEA Games Golf Club is a new challenging course for golfers with many expansive water bodies along the fairways, tees or greens.

Lake View Vientiane Golf Club​is a modern resort course located within Vientiane City

(est. 26 minutes from Hotel/Vientiane city centre at Ban Samkey, Saysettha District, Vientiane, Laos). A 2016 creation from the Nelson & Haworth design firm. A modern resort course located within Vientiane City. Designers have used clever mounding and earthworks to transform a flat field into an exciting and challenging golf course. Now a series of human-made lakes frame each hole. The undulated greens are surrounded by steep bunker complexes to ward off approaching shots and keep scores above par. Lakeview Vientiane is well maintained and uses the latest in Paspalum grass to keep playing surfaces constant throughout the year.

Itinerary

Day 1, 11 Jan 2024

Meet at airport 10am.

Depart SIN on Scoot TR350 at 1235hrs (3hrs flight).

Arrive Vientiane Wattay International airport 1435hrs.

3.35pm/4pm - after immigration and collection of bags, check-in to Green Park Hotel in Vientiane.

Vientiane city tour to visit one of the most recognized landmarks of Laos, Patuxai Victory Monument and one of the nation's most important cultural monuments, Pha That Luang (The Great Stupa), dating back to the 3rd century, and believed to contain the hair and breastbone of Buddha.

After Monument and Pha That Luang visit, check-in to Green Park Boutique Hotel​ or similar standard hotel.

Relax and freshen up than proceed to Sunset stroll along Mekong-river and dinner at 8pm.

Day 2, 12 Jan 2024

After breakfast in hotel, proceed to take 7am High Speed Rail (HSR) to Luang Prabang (2 hours)

10am Arrive Luang Prabang

City Tour. Royal Palace Museum. Explore the former royal residence, now known as the Royal Palace Museum. Discover the history and culture of Laos through the museum's exhibits, including artifacts, religious objects, and the royal family's living quarters.

Check-in to Kiridara Luang Prabang Boutique Hotel​that is about 6 mins drive or 38 mins walk to Old Town.

After lunch

Social group Free & Easy with 90 mins spa massage.

Golfers tee off first round of Golf in Luang Prabang Golf Course (return to hotel to refresh).

Evening Social Group and Golfers meet for River cruise, A sunset Mekong River cruise in Luang Prabang offers a peaceful and scenic experience, allowing you to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

Dinner and Night Market visit. Luang Prabang Night Market offers a lively and immersive experience where you can shop for unique handicrafts, sample local food, and soak up the vibrant ambiance of the city.

Day 3, 13 Jan 2024

After breakfast in hotel, Full-Day Sightseeing

Experience the Morning Alms Giving: Rise early to witness the traditional alms-giving ceremony. Watch as saffron-robed monks walk the streets to collect food offerings from the locals. Remember to observe the ceremony respectfully and follow local customs. Picnic Lunch by nahm dong falls (at own cost)

After lunch – visit the Kuang Si Falls: Explore the stunning Kuang Si Waterfalls. Enjoy swimming in the turquoise pools, hike along the trails, and visit the nearby Tat Kuang Si Bear Rescue Centre.

Visit the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong, one of the most important monasteries in Laos.

Evening

Optional Visit to Mount Phousi for sunset view

Mount Phousi is a popular sunset spot in Luang Prabang. Overlooking the entire peninsula of Luang Prabang is Mount Phousi (also known as Phousi Hill), worth visiting for its incredible 360-degree views over the rivers and township below. Mount Phousi can be accessed via the 328 steps from the main entrance opposite the Royal Palace Museum, or alternatively, via a path to the rear (enter from Kingkitsarath Road).

Those not keen on tracking up to Mount Phousi can have Drinks/or shop at Night market (starts from 5pm).

Meet for Dinner together at 8pm

Day 4, 14 Jan 2024

Breakfast in Hotel and early check out hotel, take 7am High Speed Rail (HSR)* to Vang Vieng (1 hour)

Visit the Blue Lagoon and swim in its crystal-clear waters.

After lunch Social Group to visit Tham Nam Cave that offers a unique opportunity to combine cave exploration and adventure in a beautiful natural setting. Optional sunset Hot Air Ballooning at USD130 (approx.1 hour). After visit in Vang Vieng, take 1 hour coach ride to Vientiane and check-in to hotel. Join golfers for dinner.

Golfers to take coach to play second round at Long Thanh Vientiane Golf Club (Long Vien Rd, Laos). Lunch than Tee off about 2pm. After game, Golfers check-in to hotel in Vientiane.

8pm Dinner together in Vientiane.

Day 5, 15 Jan 2024

After Hotel Breakfast. Golfing group sets off for 3rd Round morning tee off at SEA Games Golf Club

Social group after breakfast sightseeing - Buddha Park is 25km away from Vientiane city centre. Buddha Park constructed in 1958, covering more than 200 religious' statues in both Hindu and Buddhist sculpture which are scattered all over the lush grounds.A 40m long giant reclining Buddha statue is the most prominent statue here. Another highlight are images of gods, demons, people, animals and the 3 layers of hell, earth and heaven.

Social Group enjoy 90 minutes Spa Massage

Afternoon after lunch

Social group and Golfers visit the COPE Visitor Center, for an eye-opening look at this little-known era in history, and its ongoing aftermath in Laos. With poignant exhibitions, short historical documentaries, and hands-on activities, the centre also highlights their work providing limbs, mobility aids and rehabilitation to those affected by unexploded ordnance (UXO).

Visit to MAG Visitor Center that provides in-depth information and displays on how MAG works tirelessly to not only help eliminate UXO, but train local Lao into specialist UXO removal teams.

After visit, Golfers enjoy a 90 mins spa massage.

Dinner together. Night Market visit.

Day 6: 16 Jan 2024

Breakfast in hotel, Social Group Rest & Relax.

Golfers to play 4th Round at Lao Country Club tee off at 7am

Lunch than check out at 12.30pm, head to airport by 13.25pm.

Flight departs Vientiane at 1525hrs to SIN on Scoot TR351 (A320 plane). Arrive SIN at 1920hrs
