Glenn van Zutphen is an international journalist, host of the "Saturday Mornings Show" on MoneyFM 89.3, and the Founder & CEO of VanMedia Group. He is the co-author of “Happy Customers Everywhere” and has also authored chapters in “The American Journey in Singapore,” and the 11th, 12th, 13th & 14th Editions of “Living in Singapore Reference Guide” as well as contributing ‘Growing a Business and Family in Singapore’ in the book “Insights from the Inside Volume II” by the Singapore International Foundation (SIF). In 29 years as a professional journalist he worked in print, radio, television and online news while based in the U.S., Japan, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore. His work has appeared globally in countless newspapers, magazines and online. Glenn holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Media Management from Hyper Island Singapore/Teesside University (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Southern California.

Sally J Clarke’s global career spans the technology and art worlds, being both an author and successful entrepreneur. She was on the executive leadership teams of the world’s largest financial technology companies FIS and IHS Markit (now part of S&P Global) and worked in London, New York, Milan and Barcelona prior to moving to Singapore in 2011. When not founding innovative technology companies such as Singapore headquartered Starfish Digital, Clarke writes. She has undertaken assignments across Central Asia, the Middle East and ASEAN. A former advisor to the board of the Substation, Singapore, she has curated conferences in modern arts and spoken word poetry. Clarke is the 2014 recipient of the La Salle Incubator Fund Award. Her first novel Ringside Gamble is a must-read, seamlessly blending myth, magic, and the cultural significance of Muay Thai boxing. Clarke holds Master’s degrees from the University of Barcelona (Finance and Commerce), University of London (Modern Asian Art Histories) and a B.A. (Hons.) majoring in Economics and Politics.

Serene believes that a purpose-driven life is built on incremental innovation. She founded two companies: Brango Pte Ltd and Mekkitso Pte Ltd, through which she works with a network of peers to shape brand documentaries for any platform. Since completing her WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) in 2019, she also designs learning solutions for groups keen to improve their storytelling capabilities. Over three decades in communications, media and content marketing, Serene has led both editorial and commercial teams to multiple global awards for excellence. She left her management position at Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) in 2018, after which she wrote and published books on sustainability, heritage, and modern Asian relationships. She launched a multimedia website during the Covid-19 pandemic, WhatAreYouDoing.sg, which continues its mission today, championing everyday heroes. She finds her flow shaping narratives about sustainable living, loyalty, courage, and transformative attitudes. When she is not writing, she can be found baking or boxing.

Stuart Thorton has over 25 years of global experience gained at multinational and start-up companies. He has held senior global and regional roles with companies such as Verizon, Vodafone Global Enterprise and Worldpay. He was the founder and CEO of Hoolah – Asia’s leading omni-channel buy-now-pay later company. He is passionate about the startup space with 10 years of start-up mentoring and advisory experience including Ambassador and mentor roles at the Singapore Fintech Festival. He sits on five advisory startup boards that straddle ecommerce and fintech. Thorton is the founder and CEO of Heros a membership club platform enabling athletes and fans to connect, inspire and invest in each other.
