Singapore Press Club and Aon is happy to host our 3rd Lunch-and-Learn session - a media round table discussing the top risks for businesses in Asia, held in conjunction with the launching of the Asia Pacific findings of Aon's 2023 Global Risk Management Survey report.

About Lunch-and-Learn session
Lunch-and-Learn sessions focuses on emerging trends on products, services, technologies and to address the challenges journalists face in more accurate reporting with time constraints. Journalists who sign up and attend these sessions are not required to publish any story, it is more educational to help them learn about the new trends and keep aware of what they need to report well and plan news stories.
Past attendees said that they enjoyed the opportunity to interact with the industry experts for useful take-away information that they could reference for future reporting. Tracy-Lee Kus was named Head of Commercial Risk, Asia Pacific in October 2021. Prior to that, she led the Financial and Professional Services Business for Aon in the United Kingdom and spent 20 years working in the London market before moving to Singapore. Prior to that she was based in her native South Africa.
Tracy-Lee has over 25 years of experience in risk management, programme design and client relationship leadership. She was the Strategic Account Manager for a number of the largest financial institutions globally.
During her career Tracy-Lee has spent time as both an underwriter and a broker including starting an MGA in South Africa. Tracy-Lee has had a number of different roles in her time at Aon and has been an integral part of the UK executive team, risk management group and chair
product governance committee.
Tracy-Lee has a degree in economics and in literature. She is married with two sons and in her spare time enjoys travelling, reading and swimming.
Adam Peckman
Head of Cyber Solutions – Asia Pacific and Global Head of Cyber Risk Consulting – Cyber Solutions at Aon
Adam Peckman is head of Cyber Solutions, Asia Pacific, leading its continued growth in the region and addressing the new exposures in cyber security arising from digital evolution.
Adam Peckman is the global head of Aon's Cyber Risk Consulting practice to provide governance and strategic direction for cyber consulting resources in the Americas, UK, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
Under Peckman's leadership, Aon’s Cyber Solutions in Asia Pacific brings together cyber broking, security advisory, incident response and risk consulting capabilities across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
Peckman joined Aon in 2011 and has held a number of senior roles in London and New York, including founding Aon’s first cyber consulting practice in 2016 as the global practice leader. His broad experience includes corporate governance, enterprise risk management, security risk assessments and quantification, as well as insurance strategy.
